1. Cover bottom of an ovenproof casserole with small amount of sauce and a small amount of the cream. 2. Heat peanut oil in a heavy ovenproof casserole. 3. Heat oil in heavy ovenproof casserole or small roasting pan that will comfortably hold chicken. 4. In a large ovenproof casserole over high heat, heat oil and add ribs. 5. Melt butter in ovenproof casserole over medium heat. 6. Place mixture in an ovenproof casserole. 7. Remove chicken from the saute pan, and place in a large ovenproof casserole. 8. Remove meat from pan, and place in large ovenproof casserole. 9. Scatter leeks over the bottom of an ovenproof casserole. 10. Spoon into small, shallow ovenproof casserole. |
