21. Remove the dough to a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap. 22. Remove dough and proceed as above. 23. Remove dough from bowl and place on countertop. 24. Remove dough from processor and place on a lightly floured surface. 25. Remove dough from refrigerator one package at a time, and cut in half. 26. Remove the dough from bowl and place on lightly-floured work surface. 27. When cycle is complete, remove dough to floured surface. 28. When ready to make a tart, remove the dough from the refrigerator, unwrap it and place on a lightly floured board. 29. When the cycle is complete, remove dough to lightly floured surface and knead by hand for a few seconds. 30. When you are ready to finish, just remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it finish fermenting or rising in the bag. |
