1. Place the dough in a clean bowl and cover with cling film. 2. Place the dough on greased baking sheets, raising the edges of each piece slightly to contain the topping. 3. Coat surface of pan with light film of oil and place dough into pan, stretching it with your hands so that it covers surface up to edges. 4. Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap, and place the dough in the refrigerator overnight. 5. Do not place dough on hot cookie sheets, as the butter in the dough will melt. 6. Flour a pastry board or work surface very well and place the dough in center. 7. Lightly dust a board with cornmeal and place the dough on it or in the prepared pizza pan. 8. Lightly grease a large bowl with butter and place the dough into the bowl. 9. Lightly oil a large bowl or pot and place dough into it, turning dough until all sides are greased. 10. Place dough in bottom of prepared pan, pushing it out from center to touch sides of pan. |
