1. Arrange slices of smoked salmon, smoked trout, brined herring and calamari salad on an individual plate or small platter. 2. Arrange lettuce leaves on a small serving platter. 3. Piled high on a small platter. 4. The only drawback is that the meat and cheese were piled high on a small platter, making it difficult to extract a single piece. 5.
