1. Arrange chicken breasts in deep platter or serving dish and spoon sauce over. 2. Pour into a deep platter large enough for pork. 3. Stir in capers and pour mixture onto a deep platter. 4. Transfer to shallow pasta bowl or deep platter. 5. Transfer the meat to a deep serving platter and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm. 6. When done, remove it to a deep serving platter and generously salt and pepper again. |
