1. While the sauce is cooking, carve the chicken and place on a warm platter. 2. Arrange on a warm platter, and pour over the wine sauce. 3. Arrange these on a warm platter. 4. Arrange lamb on warm serving platter, top with vegetables, and keep warm. 5. Arrange on warm platter. 6. Adjust seasonings to taste, and transfer to a warm platter. 7. Brown floured cubes on all sides and remove to a warm platter. 8. Brown pork, then remove to warm platter. 9. Dump this mess on a warm platter. 10. Drain on paper towels and serve on a warm platter. |
