1.   Aside from roasted rack of lamb and the ubiquitous tournedos of beef, Renaud offers very little red meat.

2.   Nate devoured his roasted rack of lamb with asparagus and mushrooms, and I polished off a filet of Atlantic salmon with wild rice pilaf and asparagus.

3.   The roasted rack of lamb was finger-licking worthy, resting atop an unexpected pool of red lentil dahl and eggplant chutney.

4.   The simply roasted rack of lamb, covered with herbs and served with a fine potato gratin, is also excellent.
