1. Arrange tomatoes on a baking rack fitted on top of a baking sheet. 2. Cool on a baking rack. 3. Heavy-gauge baking racks give your cookies an ideal place on which to cool off. 4. Put a cookie sheet on the baking rack below pies to catch overflow. 5. Remove from oven and cool on baking rack. 6. Remove from the water and let cool, petals downward, on a baking rack, so the water drains out. 7. Serve immediately or spread out on baking racks covered with parchment to cool. 8. Transfer potatoes to a baking rack and separate sticks. |
