1. Blend to fine paste. 2. Add shrimp paste and mix well until a fine paste is made. 3. Combine basil, pine nuts, garlic, salt and pepper in food processor and process to a fine paste. 4. On cutting board, in mortar and pestle, or in food processor, chop tomato, garlic and basil until you have a fine paste. 5. Process to a fine paste. 6. Grind the cadju, garlic, rice and roasted coconut, cloves and cardamoms into a fine paste. |
