11. Gradually mix in the sifted icing sugar, beating well to a thick smooth paste. 12. Blend until you have a smooth paste. 13. Blend into a smooth paste. 14. Blend in flour to make a smooth paste. 15. Blend the water, salt, sugar, lemon juice, chilies, sweet pepper, shrimp paste and garlic into a smooth paste. 16. Add creme fraiche, and continue to puree until mixture is a smooth paste the color of a fresh pea. 17. Add sugar mixture, and whisk to a smooth paste. 18. Add the garlic, parsley and a pinch of salt and pound to a smooth paste. 19. Add butter and process until smooth paste forms. 20. Cook until mixture forms a smooth paste over medium heat, stirring constantly. |
