1.   Marinade the chicken breasts in the tandoori paste.

2.   Choices include Thai lemon grass oil, Panang red curry, Keow Wan green curry, pure coconut milk and tandoori paste.

3.   Sometimes I cheat and marinate the chicken with bottled tikka or tandoori paste.
