1. Remove steaks from grill and serve with onion mixture spooned over top. 2. Remove steaks from pan and set aside. 3. Remove steaks to platter. 4. Remove steak from marinade and discard marinade. 5. Remove steak from marinade, and pat dry with paper towels. 6. Remove the steak from the marinade. 7. Remove the steak to a platter, and let it sit for five minutes. 8. Remove steak and discard marinade. 9. Remove steak from broiler and discard crust and fat. 10. Remove steaks from refrigerator and drain, straining the marinade into a small, nonreactive saucepan. |
