1. Always use tongs when moving or turning the steak. 2. Avoid turning the steaks over several times. 3. Flip eggs, turn steaks, lift the boiled potatoes out of the water and stir the soup with long, strong implements. 4. I spread it on the browned side after I turned the steak, when it had only a couple of minutes left to cook. 5. Once or twice during marinating time, turn the steak or pour marinade over steak. . . 6. Turn steaks to disperse seasonings. 7. Turn steak over and repeat on second side. 8. Turn steak. 9. Turn steaks to coat all sides. 10. Turn steak and cook until other side is brown. |
