1.   Cover with shredded cheese and place under a broiler just until cheese is bubbling and begins to brown.

2.   The cheese will bubble and spread before turning crunchy.

3.   The cheese should be bubbling, and there should be kind of a dull sheen resting on top of the chili.

4.   Transfer skillet to oven, and bake until heated through and cheese is bubbling.
