11.   Remove bread from oven and invert pan on a large plate.

12.   Run a knife around the inside rim of the pan and invert the pan over a plate or a sheet of wax paper.

13.   Release side of springform pan or invert cake pan onto a plate.

14.   The tomatoes juiced so much that when I inverted the pan, the juices turned the puff pastry into a soggy mess.

15.   To assemble, invert loaf pan onto a dessert platter.

16.   With a deep pan or gratin dish, you must invert the pan and hope the tart stays intact as it falls onto the plate.
