1.   Invert the dough onto the tart filling and peel off the paper or plastic wrap.

2.   Invert dough onto peel and remove muslin.

3.   Invert dough over filling.

4.   Invert dough into prepared pan.

5.   Remove top sheet of paper and invert chocolate dough onto plain dough, pressing together lightly.
