Remove the open mussels and continue to cook, uncovering the pot as necessary to remove the mussels as soon as their shells open. 8. Using a slotted spoon, remove the mussels from the pan, and place in a bowl. 9. Using a slotted spoon, remove the mussels, and set aside. |
