1.   Add the mussels to the pot.

2.   Add the mussels and toss them in the oil.

3.   Add the mussels.

5.   Add the wine and lime juice, bring to a boil, then add the mussels.

6.   Add mussels to saucepan with no liquid, cover, cooked over medium heat until mussels just open.

10.   Some, like Taylor Shellfish in Shelton, Wash., have given out hundreds of bags to chefs, hoping they will add mussels to their menus.
