11.   Beat eggs well, then stir into chocolate mixture.

12.   Beat in melted chocolate mixture and stir in vanilla.

13.   Beat in melted chocolate mixture.

14.   Blend in chocolate mixture.

15.   Add chocolate mixture and flour and beat quickly, just until blended.

16.   Add chocolate mixture.

17.   Add the bourbon, vanilla, nutmeg and salt to the chocolate mixture.

18.   Add top cake layer and spread remaining chocolate mixture over top and sides of cake.

19.   Add chocolate mixture and vanilla.

20.   Add flour mixture, coffee and vanilla to chocolate mixture and stir until well mixed.
