1. After five minutes, drain the shrimp and rinse with cold water. 2. Drain the shrimp in a colander, refresh under cold running water, and pat dry. 3. Drain the shrimp in a wire mesh strainer. 4. Drain shrimp. 5. Drain the shrimp well. 6. Drain dried shrimp and pat with paper towels. 7. Drain shrimp, discard marinade and place shrimp on a sheet pan, cut side up. 8. Drain the shrimp and reserve the marinade. 9. Drain the shrimp in a colander or through a sieve. 10. Remove and drain the shrimp. |
