1. Carefully place the shrimp on the grill with the leafy end of the skewer hanging over the edge to prevent burning. 2. Drain shrimp, discard marinade and place shrimp on a sheet pan, cut side up. 3. Just before serving, place shrimp in bowl with dry ingredients. 4. Meanwhile, place the shrimp in a bowl and season lightly with the salt and pepper. 5. Place colossal shrimp in bottom of steamer basket and top with smaller shrimp. 6. Place shrimp in a bowl and add lime juice, salt and pepper. 7. Place the shrimp in a large bowl. 8. Place the shrimp in a medium bowl and cover with the lemon juice, turning the shrimp to coat all pieces. 9. Place shrimp in a large, resealable plastic bag and pour in marinade. 10. Place shrimp on steaming rack that will fit into wok, either a bamboo steamer or a collapsible vegetable steamer on legs. |
