1. Add shrimp and cook until it turns pink and meat is no longer translucent. 2. Add shrimp and quickly cook, stirring often, until shrimp skin turns red. 3. Add shrimp and stir to coat. 4. Add the shrimp and sear about a minute on each side. 5. Add the shrimp to the cooking liquid and simmer until just cooked through. 6. Add unshelled shrimp and cover pan. 7. Add cooked shrimp and toss to coat. 8. Add remaining oil, and immediately add shrimp, tossing at once to coat. 9. Add shrimp and reserved red bell pepper. 10. Add the shrimp in layers, sprinkling each layer with the seasoning. |
