1.   Arrange duck pieces on individual serving plates and spoon sauce over top.

2.   Arrange chicken breasts in deep platter or serving dish and spoon sauce over.

3.   Divide cucumber noodles onto serving plates, top with salmon fillets and spoon sauce over top.

4.   Divide scallops among plates, spoon sauce over and around, then top with crispy artichoke slices and julienned sage.

5.   Garnish with orange slices and spoon sauce over meat.

6.   Place chicken on a serving platter and spoon sauce over.

7.   Return the chops to the pan, spoon sauce over the top, and when reheated serve.

8.   Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper to taste, spoon sauce over lobster and serve.

9.   Spoon blood orange sauce onto plates around spears.

10.   Spoon chocolate sauce over rice pudding.
