1. Add to mango mixture, along with chilled syrup. 2. Add pectin solution to mango mixture and process thoroughly. 3. Pour mango mixture into a bowl. 4. Pour cooled mango mixture into beaten butter. 5. Repeat with remaining mango mixture and ice. 6. Transfer mango mixture to stockpot or heavy saucepan, and add remaining ingredients. 7. Pour mango mixture over the cake in the pan. |
