1. Beat chilled flour mixture until smooth. 2. Chill mixture. 3. Chill mixture until partially set, then beat until smooth. 4. Chill the mixture for at least two hours or up to three days. 5. Chill the mixture until serving with thin toasted bread slices and tomato slices. 6. Chill the mixture until you can form into small balls. 7. Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour. 8. Fill a cocktail glass halfway with ice and strain chilled tequila mixture into it. 9. The mixture is best chilled an hour prior to serving if you have the time. 10. Therefore, add bread crumbs as necessary, season with additional salt and pepper to taste, stir in the lemon zest, and chill the mixture. |
