1.   Gradually add the milk, stirring, and bring the mixture to the boil.

2.   Bring the mixture to a simmer.

3.   A powerful Pacific storm will sweep over the Northwest on Sunday, bringing a mixture of rain, freezing rain and snow.

4.   A surge of moisture will arrive over the interior at night bringing a mixture of snow, sleet and rain over Pennsylvania and western New York.

5.   Add cream and bring mixture to a simmer.
