61. Add eggs, one at a time, whisking well until mixture is glossy and smooth. 62. Add in cheese and stir until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. 63. Add lime juice, and process until mixture is smooth. 64. Add more mayonnaise if the mixture is too thick. 65. Add oil and hot water, cover jar and shake vigorously OR stir until mixture is uniform. 66. Add the anchovies, and stir until they fall apart and the mixture is smooth. 67. Add the brown sugar and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar melts and is very thick and bubbly -- the mixture is very hot. 68. Add the coconut milk, and puree until the mixture is smooth and very bubbly. 69. Add the crushed garlic, paprika, salt, coriander, caraway and red pepper flakes and cook slowly until the mixture is well-blended. 70. Add the sausage and bulgur, tossing thoroughly until the mixture is hot. |
