1. Place the steaks on a hot serving plate, pour over the sauce and garnish with mint. 2. Just as the oil begins to smoke, place the steaks in the skillet. 3. Place steak in a single layer in a glass or ceramic dish. 4. Place steak in skillet over medium-high heat. 5. Place steak on a broiler pan. 6. Place steak on the hot grate and point the hair dryer at the coals to fan them to a glowing red. 7. Place steak on unheated rack of a broiler pan. 8. Place the steak in a shallow dish and rub the marinade over it. 9. Place a steak alongside, and spoon some sauce over the steak. 10. Place each steak on serving plate, spread with quarter of the lemon-caper oil, and top with quarter of tomato salad. |
