1. Breakfast consisted of coffee the texture of loose sand, pineapple slices, and eggs which would have hatched the next day. 2. Arrange drained pineapple slices on brown sugar mixture. 3. Add peeled, cooked bananas cut in fourths, and pineapple slices. 4. Bring both to the grill, along with the pineapple slices. 5. Dip both sides of each pineapple slice first in coconut milk, then in the cinnamon-sugar, shaking off the excess. 6. Grill pineapple slices and place on top of burgers. 7. Grill the pineapple slices on a well-oiled grill over a hot fire until both sides are well browned. 8. Grilled bananas and grilled pineapple slices even go well with barbecued meats. 9. Place the pineapple slices on the oiled grill gate. 10. Press into the bottom of the pan and top with the reserved raw pineapple slices, fitting them all in tightly. |
