1.   At the table, spoon warm pineapple mixture, with liquid, over ice cream.

2.   Dice apples into the pineapple mixture, add peanuts and the refrigerated dressing.

3.   Save remaining pineapple mixture and use as garnish, along with mint leaves, before serving.

4.   Spread with half of the pineapple mixture.

5.   Then, in a double boiler, melt it over hot water and stir it into the pineapple mixture.
