1. Pour egg mixture evenly over bread slices. 2. Any extra can be served on bread slices, grilled fish or chicken, etc. 3. Arrange a lettuce wedge on top of each bread slice. 4. Arrange a layer of chicken on one bread slice and sprinkle on chives and a few dashes Tabasco. 5. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet. 6. Add minced Italian parsley, then spoon onto the grilled bread slices. 7. Add another layer of bread slices, then repeat layering, ending with a layer of bread. 8. Brush both sides of bread slices generously with basil or olive oil. 9. Brush both sides of bread slices with olive oil and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. 10. Chill the mixture until serving with thin toasted bread slices and tomato slices. |
