1. Add enough of the lime juice mixture to half fill the glasses, then fill to the top with carbonated water. 2. Add the sour orange juice or lime juice mixture, garlic and bay leaves. 3. Add lime juice mixture, chilies, shallots and lemongrass to bowl with shrimp. 4. Add remaining lime mixture to bean mixture, mix well. 5. Drizzle lime juice mixture over fish. 6. Place the steaks in the lime mixture. 7. Serve with lime juice mixture as dipping sauce. 8. Toss radish julienne with reserved lime juice mixture. 9. Toss remaining lime juice mixture with the drained scallops. 10. Serve on platter with lime juice mixture, covering fish with washed and drained raw onions. |
