1.   Brush each dough circle with more of that melted butter.

2.   Combine the remaining sugar with the orange rind and sprinkle over the dough circles.

3.   Lift the dough circles carefully with a spatula, and place them in the individual molds, pressing the dough into the molds firmly.

4.   Place dough circle over filling in pizza pan.

5.   Top with remaining dough circles and press down edges.
