11. Place skewered shrimp flat on grill. 12. Place the shrimp in a small glass bowl with lime and orange juices. 13. Place a shrimp on each lettuce leaf. 14. Place a shrimp on top of the filling so its tail extends beyond the folded bottom edge of the rice paper. 15. Place shrimp, flesh side down, on a foil-lined baking sheet and place under broiler until shrimp are golden brown. 16. To serve, place one shrimp on each crostini, then drizzle lightly with the sauce. |
