1.   Remove chops from bag and discard marinade.

2.   Remove chops from skillet, keeping warm.

3.   Remove chops, set aside, and keep warm.

4.   Remove chops and add reserved tablespoon of cranberries to the pan.

5.   Remove chops from marinade and season with salt and Cracked Pepper.

6.   Remove chops from the oven and place them on warm serving plates.

7.   Remove the chops to a platter.

8.   Remove chops from marinade, and pat dry with paper towels.

9.   Remove chops to a plate and add wine to the skillet.

10.   Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
