1.   Add chops and coat well.

2.   Add chops and cook over high heat until browned on both sides.

3.   Add chops to pan and sear well.

4.   Add the chops and cook until brown on both sides.

5.   Add the chops to the pan and brown on both sides, turning once.

6.   Bring the mixture to a boil and add the chops with any juices that have accumulated on the plate.
