1.   Put cookies on prepared sheets.

2.   Arrange about one-fourth of the eggplant slices, oiled side down, on the prepared baking sheet.

3.   Arrange cookies, cut side up, on prepared sheets.

4.   Arrange slices on prepared baking sheet and spray with pan spray.

5.   Center the folded tip on the prepared baking sheet and open.

6.   Cut out cookies and transfer them to the prepared sheets.

7.   Drain each pup well over the pot, and place on the second prepared sheet pan.

8.   Drop the batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.

9.   Drop biscuits on prepared baking sheet.

10.   Immediately transfer log to one long side of prepared baking sheet.
