1. Add peach mixture to a large pitcher or punch bowl partly filled with ice. 2. Combine gelatin mixture, champagne and all of peach mixture. 3. Pour in peach mixture. 4. Repeat with remaining half of peach mixture. 5. Remove from oven, pour the peach mixture into the center of the pancake and sprinkle with nutmeg. 6. Scoop ice cream evenly into individual serving bowls or parfait glasses, then spoon peach mixture over top. 7. Sprinkle the lemon juice and almond extract over the peach mixture. 8. Top with hot peach mixture. |
