1.   Cut potatoes into cubes, if desired, and serve with butter, salt and pepper and minced chives, chopped dill or parsley.

2.   Drizzle chive oil all around the plate, and garnish with minced chives.

3.   Garnish with the crabmeat and minced chives.

4.   Scatter the cracklings over the individual servings and finish each with a sprinkling of chopped parsley and minced chives.

5.   Top with minced chives, and serve immediately.
