1. Ladle the broth into soup bowls and garnish with turkey strips, avocado chunks and cilantro. 2. Carefully ladle broth over seafood. 3. Ladle broth directly over meat in each bowl. 4. Ladle broth over seafood, and garnish each serving with cilantro. 5. Ladle creamy broth around. 6. Ladle a little broth on top to moisten the toasts. 7. Ladle broth over and sprinkle with green onions. 8. Packaged rice noodles are boiled, drained and topped with slices of raw beef that cook and curl in the bowl once steaming broth is ladled on top. 9.
