1.   Beat or stir in chocolate morsels, grated chocolate, nuts if desired and remaining flour mixture until evenly incorporated.

2.   Fill with ice cream, and top with additional grated chocolate.

3.   For brown frosting, stir a little grated unsweetened chocolate into hot frosting until chocolate melts.

4.   Repeat layers, beginning with cookies and ending with grated chocolate.

5.   Spread on top of pie and sprinkle with grated chocolate and almonds.

6.   Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

7.   Stop the machine, fold in the grated chocolate and scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
