1.   Frost the top of one cake layer, top with the other layer, then frost top and sides.

2.   Frost the top of one layer, top with second layer, then frost and top and sides.

3.   Frost top with soft jam.

4.   Frost top with Chocolate Ganache, spreading evenly.
