1.   Trim away any excess glue with a knife.

2.   Make it a tad deeper than the tongue to hold excess glue.

3.   Press down firmly on the whole blister and wipe off any excess glue that oozes out.

4.   Remove any excess glue that seeps around the edges with mineral spirits.

5.   Tacoma Guitars also uses a machine to suck out the excess glue.

6.   When the project is clamped together, the excess glue will ooze from the joints onto the workpiece.

7.   Work out all air and excess glue from under the print, working from the center toward the edges in all directions.
