Adjust thickness of sauce with more clam juice, if desired. 5. Add the potatoes, broth and reserved clam juice to the vegetables. 6. Add the clam juice, raw potatoes, thyme and bay leaves. 7. Add the garlic, rosemary, tomato sauce, wine, clam juice, butter, sugar and pepper and bring to a boil. 8. Add potatoes, clam juice, diced tomatoes with juice, water and thyme. 9. Add the pepper flakes, reserved anchovies, clam juice, undrained tomatoes, olives and broth. 10. Add the wine, clam juice, shallots, bay leaf, parsley stems and thyme. |
