1.   Move the broiler rack a notch lower.

2.   Place them on an oiled broiler rack, dot with butter and season with salt and pepper.

3.   Place in roasting pan or in bottom pan of broiler rack.

4.   Place tenderloin on a broiler pan rack that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
