1.   Place baking dish in a larger baking pan, set pan on oven rack.

2.   Place the pizza on the uppermost oven rack.

3.   Put a cookie sheet on the oven rack during preheating.

4.   Set pie on upper oven rack and put a baking sheet on shelf below to catch any drips.

5.   And place oven racks in the center of the oven.

6.   Arrange a baking stone on the top oven rack.

7.   Be careful not to overcook layer on highest oven rack.

8.   Be careful not to overbake the layer on the highest oven rack.

9.   - Position the oven rack in the center of the oven.

10.   Adjust oven rack to center of oven.
