1. Bring water to boil and add butter to melt. 2. Add the butter to the flour and work it in with your fingers. 3. As soon as all the butter has been added, remove from heat, season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in dill. 4. At home, you can get the same results with a standard immersion blender if you add frozen butter to the broth as you whip it. 5. Beat egg yolks until thick, add apple butter and stir in butter. 6.
