71.   Remove pan and peel parchment liner from bottom of cheesecake.

72.   Remove pan from heat and cool a minute or two.

73.   Remove pan from heat and cool slightly.

74.   Remove pan from heat and let the chocolate cool until it is no longer runny.

75.   Remove pan from heat and mix in paprika and saffron.

76.   Remove pan from heat and stir in the potatoes, ham and apple.

77.   Remove pan from heat and transfer the nuts to a cookie sheet.

78.   Remove pan from heat, and cool mixture to room temperature.

79.   Remove pan from heat, and cool to room temperature.

80.   Remove pan from heat, and sift in flour.
