71. Remove chicken and strip meat from bones, discarding bones. 72. Remove chicken from marinade and arrange on hot grate. 73. Remove chicken from marinade and sprinkle lightly with salt. 74. Remove chicken from pan and cool. 75. Remove chicken from pot and bone it. 76. Remove chicken from pot. 77. Remove chicken from sauce. 78. Remove chicken from the broiler but do not shut it off. 79. Remove chicken from the oven, place on top of the watercress, spoon the pan juices over and garnish with orange slices. 80. Remove chicken from the pan, set on a platter or individual serving plates and cover with foil to keep warm. |
