12.   Line pastry shell with foil, then fill with dried beans or uncooked rice.

13.   Line pie dish with pastry shell.

14.   Line the pastry shell with parchment paper or aluminum foil, then fill with pie weights.

15.   Pat chocolate pieces lightly onto bottom of pastry shell.

16.   Pile into cooled pastry shell.

17.   Pour into pastry shell and sprinkle pecans on pie.

18.   Pour into pastry shell, top with grated cheese and dot with remaining butter.

19.   Pour into pastry shell.

20.   Pour mixture into pastry shell.
